It works, but needs help

REEDIT: Sorry, but this program does work as advertised, Many of the 1 star ratings are the result of short comings in the reviewer and not the program.

EDIT: Gave it another star. Interface still sub-par, but the program is rock solid! I have been in and around Boston for the last two week streaming to my 3G iPad. It sounds great and keeps streaming in just about every kind of situation.

If you have a large music collection, this is the program for you. Sounds great!

Good news - It works.

Good news - Large buffer.

Good news - Runs WiFi and 3G.

Bad news - This "player", Z-Subsonic, is one half of the "product". Those familiar with "ServeToMe" and/or "AirVideo" know that there are two parts to these programs. The "server" and the "player". Z-Sonic is the player. You must also "purchase" (free for the first 30 days) a subscription to "Subsonic". For many, connecting to "Subsonic" must be done manually. This is where most of the problems occur. If you can connect to "Subsonic" the rest is rather smooth sailing.

Connect to "Subsonic" before you buy Z-Sonic.
